These terms govern the distance sale of the products offered on flystep.eu and apply to all orders. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

If you are buying as a consumer, that is for purposes outside your trade or profession, the protections of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) apply in addition and prevail over any less favourable clause.

Product pages are an invitation to order. The contract is formed when FlyStep confirms the order by sending the summary email to the address you provided.

Before payment you are shown a summary with the items chosen, the total price, the delivery address and the applicable terms. You can correct any mistake up to that point.

FlyStep reserves the right not to process orders that are incomplete, that contain manifestly false details, or whose quantities are abnormal for ordinary retail purchase.

All prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping is included for Italy and the European Union; any customs charges for destinations outside the EU are payable by the recipient.

FlyStep may change prices at any time. The price applied to your order is the one shown on the site when the order is placed.

Payment takes place on a secure page operated by Shopify Inc. and the payment networks. We accept the main credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, PayPal and Google Pay.

FlyStep never holds your card details, which are transmitted directly to the payment provider over an encrypted connection. The charge is made when the order is confirmed.

Products are made by hand in limited numbers. If an item turns out to be unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will tell you promptly and refund the full amount paid, at no cost to you.

Because the work is done by hand, there may be slight differences in shade or in the grain of the material compared with the photographs. These are not defects: they are the sign that each pair was made by hand.

Delivery methods, costs and times are set out on the Shipping page, which forms an integral part of these terms. Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when they take physical possession of the goods.

Retail purchases are documented by a commercial receipt. If you need an invoice, you must request it when ordering, providing your tax code and, for VAT-registered buyers, your VAT number and recipient code or certified email address.

The FlyStep name, the texts, photographs and other content on this site are protected and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the court of their place of residence or chosen domicile has jurisdiction, as mandatorily provided by the Italian Consumer Code.

Before going to court, you are welcome to try settling the matter by writing to us: most problems are solved with an email. Alternatively you may turn to the mediation and conciliation bodies listed in the Italian ministerial registers, including those run by the Chambers of Commerce.

FlyStep may update these terms at any time. The terms that apply to your order are those published on the site when the order is placed.
